Default can i fit 42's???

i got a 95 cherokee with 12" lift trimmed fenders front and rear.i want to put 42x15x15 tsl's on 15x10 black steel wheels.i measured my rough clearances and the tires will fit but when i turn they will rub.what i want to know is if anyone has close to this same setup.i need some suggestions,cuz im planning on buying tires soon.

yea your gonna have to swap front and back rears with fullwidths ,regear it and probably have to trim the hell out of it and bumpstop. Its gonna be a total pig thou. To much work in my opinion

42's on a cherokee with 12inches of lift why?

I saw a guy who put 36's on a stock suspension so with 12" of lift you should clear no problem!!! Ofcourse he did just a little bit of trimming!

right now ive got the stock axles under it but im planning on a dana 44 and a 9inch out of a f150 or possibly 3/4 ton from a f250.after doing more and more measuring i figure id be better off with 38 to 40's.but i do appreciate everyone for their opinions.

44 and 9 inch won't hold up to 42s. 60s are a minimum. Here's one on 42s and Rocks. First trip out split the t-case. Notice he built a subframe attached to the exo because the unitbody won't hold up.

like stated a 44 and a 9in will not hold up. You'll have to swap a dana 60 and 14 bolt in. Sounds to me like you got alot of researching to do!

if u want something that big dont do a Xj IMO
