Default Can I drive this on these?

Can I drive my XJ on these for a month while until I get my lift on? Its a stock XJ country with the fenders cut. I can cut some more if needed. They are brand new super swampers 33x13.5x15 on a 15x8 3.75 rim. It would be a pavement princess only driving it to work and back until lifted.

i think stock height you can only run 31's even with the fenders cut. i might be wrong tho.

if it fits the rim, why not? inless you have some specific laws in your state which have winter/summer tire laws. which is unlikely. but there are states out there. or are you asking about if it has enough clearence? if there is no lift and u have the 33's there will probally be alot of rubbing and trimming would help. but turning will make it rub probally. or if it flex's enough.

33x13.5 with no lift... I'm thinking no, even with the fender trimming. I think it would rub like crazy when you try turing. I have a 4.5 inch lift with 33x12.5, with moderate fender trimming and I still rub when the wheel is cranked and I hit a bump. I would just wait until you get the lift. Nice tires though, they look sweet.

Well you would have to REALLY trim it to run 33's on that, although someone on here has a picture of 37's on 1.5 inches of lift so it is possible.

You can drive in a straight line with no bumps in the way. They will most likely rub when turning and even going ove speedbumps.

i would say run on the old ones as long as the tires on there are ok and save the swampers for fun times instead of burnon them up highway driving

i agree with that you dont want to ruin those tires on speed bumps and streets.

A guy bought them for his son and he put 1tons under his truck so he needed a 16.5" rim.
