I was hoping to stay away from the spacers and just use a coils that away later if i wanted a bigger lift i could just add a small spacer also i don't know how dependable the spacers are will they break or kick out or anything like that?

Spacers can't slip out, they look like donuts similar to the existing rubber pad. I used zj(v8) springs with the extra pad and got about 2.5-3 lift

Just to let you know I got 3.5 - 4 inches of lift out of these.
Ive seen a few people use these springs, I have a set sitting in the garage til i can get the rest of the lift together. Bill2, if you don't want to buy new coils and you don't want to use 2inch spacers, then you might want to give these a shot. Google "tbird coils in jeep cherokee".
