i have a 95 xj that had horrible emissions and was not passing smog at all.
got a universal magnaflow cat from kragens for 160. its part number 39005. you can get the direct fit one for like 20dollar more. got it installed for 60. passed smog the next day.
before the new cat, my NOx levels were in the 800s.
after the new cat, my NOx levels were less than 10.
