C8.25 Axle Bearing

C8.25 Axle Bearing
On a C8.25 is the bearing pressed on or does it slip on/off? I've been carrying a spare axle shaft for a couple years and I just realized it has no bearing. I don't want to take mine apart to find out.

See you would have been OK if you had to replace it during that time, but as they say "an ounce of prevention is yada, yada" beforehand. 
I carry spares for the 8.25 and the D30 the 8.25 is the easier of the 2 for sure and less chance of breaking.
