I baught a kit to check my a/c system today and I replaced the valve stems to fit the new r134a standard... well that was fine but now I cant seem to find a way to get the nozzle around the stem because there is no space with the valve stems sticking out so far.. the low is on the inside so it has no space between that and the high valve..

This is what it looks like.. any ideas?

(Also, i found my high side is leaking I can hear it so its big) - Whats that hose called so I can get a new one!?

 

Heres what I did. You probably saw it already. The name of the hose on the high side. Does it go to the compressor?

How did you get yours to turn that way? Mine is in line with the other.. or is that a special hose?

And the left one same as yours is the high side right? thats the one it did not fit on.

 

You buy right angle fittings. They sell them at Napa Auto Parts, and probably many other places.
