First time posting, I love this board it helps me save a lot of money. Now for the question, when I turn the a/c or any of the settings the fan kicks on for a second then stops for a few seconds and so on, I can't figure what's the problem, I'm not sure what the part in the middle of the ac compressor wheel is called but that stops and goes too. Please help, thanks in advance.
