A/C not working

4.0 motor not moved for 4 years...I think the 134A is gone but I do not have a way to see the NKB'S no A/C...help???

Engine: 4.0L Renix Freshly Rebuilt!!
1) Check all your a/c hoses and make sure there is no residue around the fittings.
2) start your jeep turn the a/c full blast and watch the compressor and make sure the clutch kicks on and off.
3) check your condenser and make sure it is not all beat up and clogged (if it is all dirty then blast it with a hose).
4) put some UV dye in the low pressure side of the system and try and locate leaks.
5) see if you can find and rent a pressure gauge to test the high and low side of the system.
If you don't know where some of the stuff is let me know and I can try and walk you through it.
