A/C Not blowing Cold

A/C Not blowing Cold
So,
Iv checked the Pressure (Its an R134 conversion) Its topped up!
The clutch on the compressor works
The low side gets cool, as does the expansion valve
The high side gets HOT <-- right at the compressor
The blend door moves freely, but I still just get mild air (A few deg. cooler then the outside air)
Any suggestions?
