Default A/C leak at condenser

87 waggy/4.0/4wd

Morning all,

Had the mechanic do a dye test and recharge on the A/C system last fall. It ran great for about 2 weeks. At the time, they indicated that the leak was in the evaporator since they didn't see dye anywhere.

I was out last night with the blacklight double checking before ripping into the dash. There is dye at the condenser connection. You can barely see it through the grill.

Is there an o ring in the condenser connection? I was thinking of replacing all the o-rings, then pulling vacuum to see if it holds. If yes, then I'll put in a new dryer and recharge. If not, I'll need to replace the evaporator.

Just wanted to make sure there was an o-ring at the condenser connection before pulling out the parts to access it. If not, I guess a new condenser is in order too. Right?
