2001 4dr Sport
When turned on, air flows through all vents, and flow is effected by speed control dial, but temperature control dial does nothing. A/C and Heat control dial does nothing, simply controls air flow or no air flow to certain vents. Any suggestions or ways to diagnose would be very helpful. I've done research but cannot find this same issue occurring to anyone else. With winter coming soon, I would like at least get my heater working! Thanks in advance!

Check this out from last week. 99-01 have an electric motor to control temperature. Let us know if you see the pivot moving.

Assuming I am correct and the blower motor is working fine, I would ask if the A/C compressor is kicking on and off when you turn the A/C on, and I would also ask once up to running temperature are both heater core hoses hot?
For you to have no change in temperature regardless of using heat or A/C it would seem to me that you have an A/C issue (bad compressor, no freon), and a heat issue (bad/clogged heater core). If the blend door was bad, I would think you would be able to detect some change in air temperature when turning the A/C and/or heat on.
