A/C and Heat not working

A/C and Heat not working
I have an issue with the the a/c and heat. I can hear motor blowing and its very loud when on a/c but not on heat. I can only feel a very small amount of air coming out of the vents in both settings. When it's cold I can't feel the heat working at all. Vice versa with the a/c. Already flushed the heater core. But I'm not sure what else to do to troubleshoot. HELP
