A/C defeat?

A/C defeat?

So the question is I live in Alaska and have no need for A/C is there a defeat kit? Has anybody done this? Any info would be great. Thank you- I am new to this site sorry if this is repeated somewhere else.

XJ's without A/C used an A/C Delete pulley. jeck your local JY or see if your dealer can still get 'em.

it is fo the defrost

The a/c is for the the defrost,it dehumidifies the air to keep the windshield clear.If you do not expel water vapor with every breath like the rest of us, you could just unplug the a/c clutch.(and tape of both ends with good electrical tape) Good Luck and Happy New Year.
