A/C blower problem

The A/C blower in a 2000 Cherokee blows great through the defrost vents, but almost nothing through the dash vents. Does anyone have an idea what is causing this and how to fix it. Thanks in advance for all help provided.

Start by checking for a vacuum leak. If you have a vac leak it will blow at the defrosters. Start at the vacuum ball located under the front bumper passenger side. Check the ball for cracks or loose hose connections. Then fallow the hoses all they way to the fire wall. If no leaks are found move on to checking the blend door for normal operation.
