Buzzing when turning?

Buzzing when turning?
So this only happens randomly. Sometimes when I make a right turn, that annoying jeep buzzer goes off. You know the one when you open the doors. It only turns off when you straighten the wheel out. Is there a relay that will stop all the alerts? Or is it something else to be done?
