haha, i just started a thread about replacing this with something else.
anyway, to remove it look under the dash and in the fuse box thing there is a black (or ive seen blue) little box to the left side.
if you open the door while its on you will feel it.
just pull it out, and youre good.

i looked in the book and tryed pulling it but it wouldnt budge and i didnt budge.. and as for the button wouldnt tht just make the light and the buzzer stay on ???

Left side of the Fuse box, Theres a tab on the side and a clip in the fuse box. I used a screwdriver to push the tab over and pull the buzzer out.
Pics of the buzzer and its location, sorry for the crappy pics
You can see the tab im talking about in the pics of the Blue buzzer.

Your pin switch has some major issues if you can easily pull it out and put in your ashtray!
If the buzzer annoys you just remove it. Its a black rectangle in the left side of your fuseblock. there is a clip on the back of it that you have to undo to get it out.
As a word of warning on my 93 if you remove the buzzer the seatbelt warning light never goes out. The buzzer also has a timer built into it.
