So when I replaced U joints in my D30, i accidentally bent the ears of the outer axle shaft on the right side. I put the new u joint in, but only 3 of the 4 points would go in because of the bent ear thing. Anyways, it's clunking after I did some pretty rough off roading the other day so i figure it's broken for good. Is it ok to just take the whole axle shaft out until I can replace it? I'll just be without 4wd, right?
thanks

ok, thanks guys. i may take this as a chance to get a HP D30 and some good shafts. also, i don't know why the title got edited, it was supposed to be short for "p***enger."
