Default Bushwacker flat fender flares and backspacing!

Hey, i did some searching around a few fourms and didn't get any answers, so i decided to just ask.. I was wondering if 33x12.50's and 3.5 inch backspacing would stick out beyond these flat fender flares. The rims i want only have 3.5 inch backspaing, and here in Utah the Cops are pretty strict about having the tires stick out past the flares. Thanks!

What rim width 15x8 or 15x10?........I would say 15x10 would stick out past the flair but I dont know on the 15x8....I run the regular bushwackers on a 15x8 rim with 3.65 backspacing and a 31x10.50 tire and it doesnt stick out past the flair but its close.

Well there is a 15x8 with 3.5 inch backspacing, and a 15x10 with 4 inch backspacing. If i went with the 15x10 with 4 inch backspacing and a 33x11.50 tire would that be better?

Does anyone make a tire in that size? I've heard of 33x10.5 and 33x12.5 for 15's but not what you mentioned.

ya the make the 11.50s. but as far as there difference between the rims is this.
the 15x8 has 3.5 inches of rear lip=4.5 front lip
the 15x10 has 4 inches of rear lip=6 inches of front lip
so the 15x10s are going to stick out way farther then the 15x8s
thats just my .02 about the wheels

Yeah your right... come to think of it i have never seen a 33x11.50x15 but i have seen plenty of 33x10.50x15 and 33x12.50x15. I am just trying to figure things out. I love these fender flares, and these rims (ION 171 machined black) but i am just trying to find out if together they would work and be legal. That same style of rim has a 17x9 with 5 inch backspacing. Would a 17 inch rim with 33x12.50's on a cherokee look weird? Any Pics?
