195 is perfect. Silicone not needed if you buy a FelPro gasket.

This isn't a difficult job. Look for a video by Bleepin' Jeep. His are always good.

Much appreciated mate!

I will order the part now, get some coolant and get this done.

Cheers.

Last question before I tackle this..... How do I know for sure it is the pump?
Or based on the water puddles and seeing water above the pipe join it is the pump?

Cheers team!

IMO that brings you back to pressure testing.
Clean up everything so when it does start to leak you can see where.

It’s hard to see into that area, but I dried and cleaned everything I could then took the radiator cap off and the leak really started to go.
It was coming off the pump. Not exactly sure at what point, but for sure coming from the pump area on the right and running down the lower radiator hose.

With this, I think it’s the pump.

How much 50/50 do I need to add back into the radiator?

Cheers.

When I swap out my anti-freeze I do so by dropping the lower hose and emptying the reservoir.
About 2 gallons usually does it.

Is that 2 gallon of 50/50 and then topped with water?
And, I that even after doing a water pump replacement?

Some threads are saying 3+

Cheers

50/50 is mixed with water.

I'm fairly certain when I did my water pump and thermostat I didn't use more than 2 gallons if that.

2 gallons of 50/50 should do the job.
You don't dilute 50/50.
Total capacity is 3 gallons. But you never get all of it out.
Frankly better off buying 1 gallon of full strength and 1 gallons of distilled water.
The distilled water costs a buck at the dollar store.
Do you know what anti-freeze is in there now?
I always use plain old green anti-freeze.
