Believe it if not the under carriage of this jeep is extremly clean so if there was a leak I would be able to see it very easily...I have crawled all over, under that jeep trying to figure it out and have seen no leaks...what is a leak down test?

Google it. I'm tired.
Are you serious? Your Jeep eats/leaks out a quart a WEEK? In my 55+ years, I've never seen a vehicle consume that much oil. There is no way it could be burning that much and still run. It's leaking somewhere, and it would benefit you greatly to find the leak before you ask the group about solutions.

I'd expect to see smoke with that consumption. You might have someone follow you.
Sometimes when the intake valve seals are shot you will see a cloud/burst, of smoke when you first start it after parking hot. After 1/2, 1 hour might be good. Overnight oil that ran down past the seal might have gone on down past the rings.
Might check your plugs, see if the color, (blackness), is even, and X2 on a compression test.

Here are pics of what I found when tearing it down.

I would just change your oil to Valvoline MaxLife to fix the seals and oil consumption, haha
But seriously I would check every fluid you have for the presence of oil contamination along with a complete degrease of the engine/trans by hand if necessary and then look for any signs of a leak, including by the firewall. Also like has been said, plugs could tell the story.
My guess is blow by and it's smoking more than you realize, I hope it's something simple for ya though.
