What would be the right size of tube to make a good bull bar
I also need to make s whole new bumper to mount it to what should I use
Needs to be cheap

 

I found mine on ebay.With Piaa lights...$55.00 shipped...it mounts between bumper an tow hooks.

mines just made out of aluminum not sure how much it is but it mounts to original bumper and works great

Those bars come off the new xjs made in japan, just a fyi read up on them today actually

They're made by a company in the UK called Romik. However, with international shipping, they'd be quite expensive to obtain. Check eBay... the second post down, guy said he got his there.

 

those aren't quite a bull bar. matterafact, i don't think they'll stop a cat if thrown at it.

you want something like the warn bull bar. it will stop a moose.

 

I've been looking for a good bull bar for a while, seems all the sites i've been on only sell full size grille/brush gaurds. Do you remember who you bought this from on eBay? That would be perfect for my '99 XJ
