You can go to the Jeep website and look for contact us. Look for Chrysler Customer Assistance Center. (customerassist@chrysler.com. I just asked for the build sheet, be shure to include VIN number. I got mine the next day.

Form
There is kind of a form but its just has an extra area to input more information. I just made the request on the first part and included the VIN in the second area. I would try the email address first, make the request and include the VIN number. Build sheet is what the Jeep left the factory with including factory options, lots of info.

This is nice. Now I know what axles I actually have, which I wasn't sure about. [Although some if it makes me wonder: it's said to have a 2-spoke steering wheel, but doesn't (maybe that's changed by one of the trim packages?), and it's said to have a 20 gallon tank, but doesn't. Fortunately, not things I care about.]
Also, it lets me know which of the recall services weren't performed on my XJ: the brake disk [done myself] and the shift interlock [like it the way it is].
Anyway, good tip, Duncan!
