Default Budget build question's

Hi guys new owner of a XJ and wondering if someone could give me some advice on a budget lift. I'm thinking of doing the F150 and S10 leafs. How hard is it to do and how much of a lift can you get. I want something in the 4-6 inch range. So any advice on how to do this and what I would need to fab up on my XJ. If you could maybe a basic parts list on what I should need to get started. This will have to do me until I can save up some cash for a real kit. And if anyone has done this to their XJ and have some before and after pics please post them so I can see. Thanks for all the help GUYS.

Stay away from the F150 coils if you like having teeth. Those things are beyond stiff and at 4-6" it ain't going to be a budget lift.
