Broken shift knob?
Just got my 96 Cherokee up and running. Love it! Main thing moving forward is cosmetic stuff. First thing I want to tackle is fixing the stick shift ****. It’s completely detached and just sits atop the stick. Guy I bought it from was planning on jb welding it back on but I’m wondering if anyone else has a more sound solution. Thanks!

Mine cracked decades ago on my '92. It has some kind of epoxy in it. I just dug out the big chunks of broken epoxy and set the threaded insert back in with JB weld. Its held up for literal decades without issue.
