so the guy at the junk yard made it look hella easy to remove the window. but once i get to mine its a whole different story!! i guess we can call them torque screws for now(dont know the real name) are square(dont even have that f'ing tool) so the questions are.. the screws look like they arent made to be removed almost? and what specific screws should i remove?? plus am I over my head here? should i just get a mechanic to do it quickly? idk i got work in 2 hours and by the time i get out of there its like 50 some odd degrees.. and its gonna rain on monday

Those are a type of rivet. they can't be undone they have to be drilled out and then replaced with a new rivet or bolts

Yep. those are rivets.. used heavily in most doors and they are not ment to be taken apart!
