Default Broken Clutch Slave Cylinder Pivot Alternative?

So Today I broke the plastic Clutch Slave Cylinder pivot on my old 86 Cherokee Clutch, I cant get a new one here in Canada for two to three weeks and I cant have my shop tied up for that amount of time. It looks like Morris 4 X 4 has one and so does Quadratec
Does anyone know where I can get one quicker or have any alternative Ideas?
This is what I am looking for ASAP please. Crown Automotive J3217479 Clutch Slave Cylinder Pivot, or an Omix 16919.23 as well.
Wondering about the LUK LSC174, as the push rod appears to have a plastic piece on the end and may not need the Pivot?
Anyone know about this?
Thanks!

I see them on Amazon. Don't know how quickly they can deliver to Nova Scotia.
