clutch:/
so i was driving home from work last night and noticed my clutch was getting low and eventually had no clutch had to keep it in third the whole way home, anyone have any ideas? the clutch was absolutley fine before

And by that I mean your slave cylinder assembly, or maybe the master cylinder has gone bad. Definitely sounds like a hydraulic issue if it went south that fast.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
Replace the clutch master and the slave. You may be lucky and have the external slave cylinder, otherwise you'll have to pull the transmission just to get to the slave/throw out bearing. If that is the case, you might as well do the whole clutch.
