Default Broken bleeder fitting - what to do?

A few weeks ago I broke the bleeder on my drivers side rear brakes. Luckily I didn't loosen it so it isn't leaking. However, I'm gonna need to get that thing out sometime soon to replace it.

What does everyone suggest? I know I could use one of those broken screw/stud extractors, but the problem I run into is the space btween the fitting and the rear leafs. It's too little space to get a hammer in there for the extractor. There also isn't enough space for a drill to drill it out for an extractor.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Tom

Easiest would be to buy a new wheel cylinder and swap in. Think they run about 20-25 bucks.

I agree. You can't drill through without ruining the seat.

Another vote for a wheel cylinder. They are cheap compared to the hassle of trying to drill it out even if you pull it and use a drill press.
