You might wanna start by getting an alignment. From there you can find out what needs to be fixed or repaired

the drag link can be adjusted to correct your steering wheel pointing in a different direction than wheels, though there may be other issues involved.
When and how did this happen??

there is a connector from your steering wheel shaft to the steering box (near the air box) that may have come loose and skipped a few teeth. Check the bolt there.

If you find one or both pinch bolts loose on the steering shaft sounds like you found the problem. If they are/were loose you can try this. If they were not loose you may have a different issue.

First center your steering wheel, you want it near as possible to the center of it's right/left travel but more important level/straight (after this do not allow it to move untill finished, tie it with the seatbelt if needed) Loosen the lower steering shaft pinch bolt, slide the steering shaft off the steering box (remember, do not allow the steering wheel to move).
Jack the front wheels off the ground. Move your front wheels straight by pushing the tire, Reconnect the steering shaft, tighten the pinch bolts.
