well ive been chasing a problem of no defrost and no face vent for a bit...managed to get to the actuator today and the plastic piece that pivots the flap is broken clean off on both as far as i have read the dash needs to be removed, ive done 5-6 bmw dash removals but nothing on a jeep before. from what i can see it sucks sooooooo........what do i need to replace the entire heater box? or just the actuator flaps them selves ?
