I just put a brand new reman motor in my 01 cherokee. I have tried timing the engine about 8 times (later to find out that the pcm controls the timing) and I have also confirmed that I have 45 psi of fuel presure, I do have spark and I am at a complete loss. I have a brand new starter, battery, and camshaft sensor aswell. Any help is much appreciated.
