Did you have it refilled with the correct amount of freon? Did you do the work or have a shop do it? If you did the work did you pump out all of the air out of the system with a vacuum pump? If you didn't use a vacuum pump to get the all of the air out that would be you problem and I hope you didn't damage the system. If so you may have to start replacing the parts that you just installed.

Are you sure that the air blending door is working when you switch to AC?
After running the A/C for a while, can you see the water dripping out from underneath?

Check that ground.
Also make sure that the plugs on the pressure switches are seated properly.
How much refridgerant did you use? my 2000 only takes 20oz...that's a very small amount.
The big question is: has the AC clutch cycled on and off?

The sticker on the car says 1.25 pounds. A post on the forum said 1.75 pounds and some said 1.5. So I did just over 1.25.

You can also jump the clutch with a paperclip inserted into the wire plug that plugs into the accumulator to get the compressor going. Then you can charge it up from there. If you tried charging the system with the compressor not running, then I don't believe that much refrigerant actually went into the system. I might be wrong on that last part but that's what happened to me.

When we were charging it up it didn't engage till we force jumped it like you stated. That's probably what happened. Input is appreciated thanks!
