Default Brakes not working

I have a 96 XJ Cherokee SE. the brake pedal has no pressure what so ever and goes straight to the floor. Tried bleeding the brakes and fluid comes through but brake pedal still has no pressure. What causes this and how do I fix it?

To be honest I would say stock, I have another question, is there any other master cylinders that are compatible with the jeep? Like other vehicle wise.
