brakes....drum question

Default brakes....drum question
All around brake job. Replace rear drums with new shoes.

Is it better to upgrade to a 10 x 2 1/2 drum vs 10 x 1 3/4? Or does it really matter under "normal" driving conditions?

under normal driving conditions no... but bigger brakes are always better
