Brakes acting up?

Brakes acting up?
My brakes have never been all that good, but lately they're acting up. they're making a wierd rubbing noise and when i push them down far enough they grab real hard..whats going on here?

Sounds like your calipers could be sticking/hanging up, or the soft lines that run to them may be collapsing on the inside from age and restricting flow.
