Question Brakes -_-

I have CRAPPY BRAKES -_-... Im on 35x12.50, and dont really have the extra money for the WJ swap...

So, ive been searching all the forums on the D35 drum to disk swap...

i have a 1997 Grand Cherokee in my garage thats junked... im planning on pulling the disks off the rear and applying them to my 1989 renix? would this be possible???

there are so many different yes's and no's....

The 1997 is C-clipped mine i believe is not?

im not using the 1997s axles.. i took the entire disk brake system aside from the ebrake and was going to literally, switch them out...

with doing that if possible, would i have to use the 1997s master and brake booster? or is it just one of those "advised" swaps?

Would i need other "flared fittings" or would my oem brake lines work?? ( and yes i have the stainless steel soft lines )
