So finished my headliner and put my full exhaust in last night. Went home from shop and stopped In driveway, front slid out so I locked up the peddle, back tires still spin, emergency brake barely catches or does anything. Never worked on drum brakes but what are the main things that freeze up just the springs? Better to just rebuild all at once?

 

Adjust the brake shoes after removing the drums and inspecting them.
