if it releases with the bleeder you need a new flexible brake line
coming off that caliper

I think i will go get a new rubber brake line but it gets fluid at the caliber but it just wont return back into the line. Is there a check valve or anything?

if you have a bad line some times it will act like a check valve

open the bleeder and let the fluid sqirt out for a second
if that releases it then its the line

We had to bleed the brakes when we put the new caliper on. then we cracked the bleeder and fluid came out and it still didnt unload. So flex line?

Fix a caliper? Are you serious? Did not not learn a lesson from this experience. Brakes are a pretty darn important part of your vehicle and you're weilling to risk it an all who ride with you over a $19 part? I'm cheap, but you my friend are a tight wad .

NOTE: I finished reading the rest of the thread and am now up to speed on the happenings with the OP.

Hold up there fella. You're telling me not to ***** if I don't know my **** and you had to do what I suggested anyways. Are you some sort of crazy? We can keep this up if you want, but I doubt I'm worth your energy.

yeah i guess in the middle of the 2000 model year chrysler switched suppliers so when buying rotors for a 2000 there are actually 2 different sizes. the center part (from bolt pattern to actual contact surface) is longer on one than the other by about 3/8ths inch. I have the the shorter rotors on mine and they gave me a longer one. so when we put it on it seemed to fit fine until we put the wheel on. But the wheel pushed the rotor up against the backing plate this causeing it to bind. and the caliper looked to be seized up again due to not proper bleeding of the system.

So i vacumme bleed them today and got the new rotor (muarrys exchanged it for free even tho it had some pretty big gouges in it. they said it was a common problem.) so yeah i'll take in the new rotor in tomarrow and that should do it with this problem
