So when the jeep is off I can press the brake pedal down it travels down about an inch before you feel the power booster rod start to go in. Is this normal?

You can feel it engage but the brakes have little power untill the the pedal is almost to the floor. I.think there is not enough vacuum. Is there a diagram to the vacuum system so I can check for leaks.
