so my brake lits stay on unless i pull the peddle up
it doesn't need much

any one else having this problem
my back is jacked up so its hard for me to look under there to see what the heck is going on

 

Now and then mine does the same. All i need to do is reach under and push the brake switch back into the pedal, you can feel it bottom out when it gets to the tab that holds it in when you release the pedal. I do this while sitting in the seat so you should be able to reach it without bothering your back!
