Here's Bowtieguy's write-up on doing the front brakes. This should help you out...

Yeah, if your rotor is still stuck to the hub after removing the caliper, you have a serious corrosion problem. A little man handling or a gentle smack on the badside with a rubber mallot should do the trick.

make sure you use pb blaster....or heat..On my Ranger I had to call in a favor and have the local welding shop bring me some oxygen torches so I could heat the bolts up enough to break them free.

Parts store, might as well get 2 paks, one for each side. They come with 2 caliper bolts and 2 sleeves for them. Don't forget the caliper grease for those either. And don't forget to never-sleaze the threads of them, or that will happen a lot.

This is why I put a film of never-sleaze on my hub itself. You can even put some on the inside hat of the rotor. Learned that trick from the small GM's of the 80's...

If you have to whack the living hell out of the rotors to get them off (they should just come off after you drop the caliper), You're prob gonna have to get new rotors, and they tend to not like the hammer too much. You can also take a small hammer and strike the hat of the rotor (towards the Jeep's centerline) and that will sometimes free it up enough to remove without warping the living hell out of them...
