Default Brake Line problem on rear axle

Ok guys so we all know how the brakes go down to that block on the rear axle...well we started to replace all the brake lines and were having a problem getting the line off there..well they broke...basicly what i want to know is if you can replace that block? we have another d35 rear axle but i dont know or see how/if that block can come off.

I just got done installing new brakelines on the rear a few days ago. I don't know if it's the same on the D35 though, as i have the 8.25. The bolt that goes through the top, is what secures it to the axle. If you remove that, the little block will come off.
