Default Brake help pleasee

So a few days ago my ABS light goes on. looked in the owners manual, it says to turn the jeep off and on twice to reset it. did that, light went off. then the light came on and went off on its own. the starting jeep twice method no longer solved the problem. so for a few days drove it with it on then off and now its been on. Ive cleaned the ABS sensors and that didnt work. then when leaving work yesterday it made a terrible noise that sounded like scraping from the front left wheel. it was louder when going slow. it sounded like a grinding/clicking/scraping noise. i think it could be the dust shield..maybe a rock or something stuck in it or its bent and hitting the rotor. but idk if that would make the ABS light go on...? the noise went away a half mile down the road but then started again this morning so i turned around went home and took a different car to work. now im just trying to think of what it could be. so i have two problems.the ABS light is on and the wheel makes a loud grinding noise. any help would be appreciated.

figured it out. just posting incase anyone else has this problem. the Abs senor came loose and was scraping. when i cleaned the sensors the light went off. but then went back on i think because the sensor was too close and was grinding. so it could still be on because i need a new sensor. if that doesnt fix it it could be a bad relay. if thats not it thennn i dont have a clue.
