na my pedal doesnt creep down. its just real spongy. it feels as if there is air in the lines because it feels like im compressing air but there is no air in the lines

Yea I tried to adjust um. Star wheel is seized. Tried getting drums off and the drums r seized to the hub. No drag whatsoever on the wheels
