Default brake bleeding and tire rotation question

i'm installing teraflex rear disc brakes tomorrow and i was just wondering if it was necessary to bleed the front brakes in addition to the rears since im only going to be opening the rear brake lines?

my other question is about tires. my front 2 tires are in great condition but my rears are pretty worn out. since im going to be pulling the wheels off to do the brake conversion i figured i might as well rotate my tires while im at it. i was wondering if it is better to have the better tires up front for turning traction, or in the rear so i dont lose my grip pulling out of pebble riddled parking lots. im going to buy 2 new tires as soon as i can, but should i really bother rotating them now?

thanks for the help.

U only gotta bleed the rears, and u should rotate them, u should be rotating ur tires are 5k and if u have aggressive tires every 3-4k I rotate mine every 3400 miles.

If your bleeding the brakes might as well do all four. Especially if you putting on new discs and pads. Cuz you will pushing the brake fluid back into the reservoir. When I do any brakes front or rear or both u bleed all four. That's just me. I guess you don't have to. But your there and already doing two...what's two more. Plus always good to get new brake fluid in there. I usually bleed as much as I can out.
