does anyone know what the exact stock bore is and how much people usually bore them over???

the get bored out between 62-64MM

thanks for the info... i have a boring machine at my shop so im gonna take it there and see what i can do.. any tips on doing this???

I think you can only go 60mm with out a new butterfly

but the top half of the TB is 60mm. and so is the butterfly valve, so if u wanted to bore out to 62mm you would to have to make a new butterfly valve, i think it is called a throttle plate, with the edges feathered correctly. For the amount of work involved and the small amount of gains you're probably best option is to go 60mm through the bottom half to match the top. hve fun
