Default Boiling sound from termo housin and bottle

87 xj 4.0 renix
The restoration is slow but promising.
https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSyPymQuQ/

Now i Restored the termo housing and put s 195 termostat ( last owner didnt give a damn) as u can see in the video.

Air bleeding
Resume .1st filled up and starting to remove a lil bit of air. I didnt reach normal temp do i left to tje next day.
today i checked renix bottle and was low level.
i started and the level rise up inmediately to the max line with no cap
i waited to see some fumes and closed the cap.
to remove all the air , i wanted to check housing with laser termometer 195..
i had to shut off the engine like 4 times cause the level with the cap on was reaching the cap of the bottle.
it is what i think it is? BLOWN HEADGASHEADGASKET
as soon i shut the engine.level went down 2 fingers.
i did this severas.time cause i wanted to see if the stat to be open and see a lower level with bubble

Housing got 195 201 and hot to the touch.. same level in the bottle start to reach the cap it self
Then i saw a big drop from the cap..
isnt suppoust to bleed the air pressure?
Damn!
The aux fan never turned on even i was monitoring.
laser showed me 180 even 190 at the fan temp switch..
well thats another scenario.

Do i have to leak test the cyclinders? Omg
btw i heard boiling from stat housing and bottle
im.using water not coolant.( test)
max temp reached at the gauge 200 F and with laser at the hoses and housing around 202f to 186f

Leak from the bottle cap is comprensión entering to the cooling system?

It is a closed loop system air should not escape the coolant jug (may want to get a Volvo cap for the jug someone may chime in with #). The fan does not kick on until 218 I believe (my REM II is saying 206 at the block sensor?). Sounds like it is acting as I would suspect bleeding a closed loop XJ would, they are a bear to bleed.

As far my fsm says " air should bleed to atnosphere.. seems the shop scammed me with a broken or useless cap"
im thinkin to buy those expensive cap kits and pump from eBay to test system and thr damn cap...

The E fan should kick at 190F

What volvo model and year has the same cap? Thats really helpful and yeah i heard eas hareato.bleed but boiling or gurgling sound from.bottle and stat housing is making me be very mad
