ok so i ordered a bored out tb i only got the 60mm straight thro and my question is do i need a bigger mass air flow sensor or anythen to run it. so it wont run to lean???

You don't have a mas airflow sensor. Our Jeeps use a MAP sensor, it senses vacuum in the intake manifold, not how much air is being sucked into the engine.
