First: Where is the best/cheapest source to buy body panels?

Second: I need a passenger side rocker panel and Im having a hard time figuring out the body styles/years. Ive found them that say 86-01 and ones that say 84-96, etc. Are there differences? I was under the impression that the body was the same on all XJ's. Is that not the case? Thanks!

 

I don't know it they changed the rockers..but they did change the rear hatch and tail lights....also the bezel around the.headlights I believe. And maybe the fenders too to match the front bezel change. I wanna say 98 they changed. Correct me if I'm wrong please....lol. I could very well be.

I appreciate that info, I hope someone else will chime in too.

I do know that they changed some things (like the ones you listed) but I was under tha impression that the main body was the same (doors, floor, rockers, hood) but I dont know because Ive seen so many things listed differently on sites.

Anyone else?

Actually, the ones on Amazon Ive got saved in my cart. That will DEFINITELY fit my 99 XJ 4d? If you go to that companies main site, they show the same picture listed as 86-95. Are all the years the same? Does anyone know this for a fact? Where can I find out for sure?
