how do i know if i have blown my starter??

if u have battery voltage on large terminal andvoltage at trigger terminal while cranking and still wont start. chances are starter smoked. unless batt voltage is low. or could have a dead cell in batt. id take batt & starter to autozone to have tested. just dont throw parts at her. have them tested first.

your jeep wont start. thats how u know. no but seriously if its doin the wah wah wah instead of cranking usually dead starter but like 95THORxj said you can go have it tested. usually for free!!! so no harm in it
